Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website allpurposeconcrete.com and any services provided by All Purpose Concrete LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
All Purpose Concrete LLC provides concrete contractor services in Utah County and surrounding areas, including but not limited to driveways, patios, retaining walls, stamped concrete, flatwork, concrete steps, garage floors, and concrete repair. Services are subject to availability, site conditions, and a signed written estimate or agreement.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided through our website, by phone, text, or in person are non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was described or shown at the time of the estimate. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with work.
3. Scheduling and Access
By scheduling a project with us, you represent that you are authorized to permit work on the property and that we will have adequate access to the work area on the scheduled date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, material availability, or other factors outside our control.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or agreement. We accept payment by cash, check, or other methods as agreed upon. A deposit may be required to secure scheduling. Failure to pay in accordance with agreed terms may result in work stoppage and collection actions.
5. Concrete Curing and Care
Concrete requires proper curing time after placement. We will provide care instructions at the time of project completion. The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions, including but not limited to vehicle traffic on fresh concrete, use of de-icing salts, or exposure to heavy loads before curing is complete.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, All Purpose Concrete LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a defect in workmanship is identified within a reasonable period after project completion, we will address it at no additional cost, subject to the following limitations: the warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, acts of nature, soil movement, settling unrelated to our work, or normal wear and tear. Specific warranty terms may be included in your written agreement.
